Welcome back to my blog. For my magazine I have chosen to write about music in the pop/lyrical genre.
The reason I chose this genre was because I find that lyrical songs are very poetic, and they have a story behind them (e.g. Someone like You and You Can Be Anything). I also have an interest in contemporary/lyrical dance - and I am inspired by a dancer called Kalani Hilliker, she inspires me as a singer, as a dancer and as a person.
Pop/lyrical music is what I sing best - I have been singing for the best part of my life. I started singing when I was 3. From then, I have always been trying to reach perfection.
